The St. William's Finance Council is a consultative body which provides the Pastor with information and suggestions which enable him to make proper decisions for the Parish's goods and finances:
a. By considering all matters of major financial concern, such as capital improvements, budgeting, and major expenditures.
b. To report to the Parish regular reporting on the financial position of the Parish.
c. By serving as a body which the Pastor consults, at his discretion, the various financial needs and issues or the Parish.
Members of the Finance Council are parishioners of St. William's Catholic Church who have business and/or financial experience, or legal experience. Members of the Finance Council are appointed for a term of three years. Meetings are typically quarterly plus any ad hoc meetings as may be requested by the Pastor.
